Mother may sue MoD over son’s death
The Ministry of Defence may be sued over the death of a British soldier killed in Iraq.The soldier’s mother is preparing to
sue the MoD for negligence for breaching its duty of care. The mother believes that her son’s death could have been avoided
if his patrol had been equipped with electornic equipment that would have prevented a bomb explosion.
