Pregnancy discrimination survey from EOC

The Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) has announced some findings of an initial survey into pregnancy discrimination. The Commission launched “Pregnant and Productive,” the UK’s first ever investigation into pregnancy discrimination, in September 2003. The EOC said that its helpline receives more calls from women facing problems at work because of their pregnancy than on any other subject.
