BA funds legal costs of claimants

British Airways has said it will waive potential legal costs in a case in which the airline is being sued by victims of deep vein thrombosis. Lawyers acting for DVT claimants against a number of airlines had stopped all but one of the cases because the claimants could not afford to cover potential legal costs.
