Silo death widow sues

The widow of a man who died in a grain silo is suing his former employer. She is claiming £1.1mn in damages. The man was starved of oxygen as he left the silo and fell back into the silo unconscious.The company was fined £200,000 in 2003 for breaking HSE regulations.
