Loss and exposure analysis for US D&O

Guy Carpenter & Company has launched the US insurance industry’s first model for analysing and forecasting the frequency and severity of secur ities class action suits, which account for the major ity of Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O) insurers’ loss activity. It said the move was in response to insurance companies’ need for more effective tools to manage their D&O liability portfolios for US publicly traded companies.
