A website has been established in the US by doctors in Texas which lists patients that have sued doctors. The online database
includes lists of plaintiffs, plaintiffs’ lawyers and expert witnesses in Texas and other states. Names can be searched for
a fee. The site has been criticised as it appears not to take into account the merits of the claims filed.
