Employer’s duty to assess and monitor

The Court of Appeal dismissed appeals by four claimants who claimed for injuries sustained during employment. But the court upheld four other appeals which held the defendant liable for injuries sustained after 1991/1992. The employers duty to assess and monitor only arose in 1991/1992. The injuries were vibration-induced white finger.
