Discrimination over height
A boy who was ridiculed over his height by bosses at a supermarket where he worked has won his claim for discrimination. The
19 year old boy, who is just 4ft 4ins tall, had his claim for discr imination upheld by an employment tribunal. However, it
ruled that he was not constructively dismissed. He had resigned from his job after working three years.
