Over 65s rights case goes to Court of Appeal
Two men are suing the government for unfair dismissal and redundancy payments. The men are in their seventies and have appealed
to the Court of Appeal over the case which involves the issue of workers over 65 not having the same employment rights as
younger workers under existing legislation.
