Bangladeshis to appeal to House of Lords
The case against the National Environmental Research Council (NERC) by Bangladeshi citizens is to be taken to the House of
Lords. The case involves a claim against the British Geological Survey (BGS), an arm of NERC, for failing to check for arsenic
during a water evaluation.
