Compensation for lost embryos
An IVF clinic has agreed to pay compensation to a woman after it lost her frozen embryos. The woman had private IVF treatment
at clinic, and her eggs were harvested and then some of the resulting embryos were implanted. Unfortunately that round of
treatment was unsuccessful and she did not become pregnant.
