NHS pregnancy kits faulty
One of the most commonly used pregnancy kits in the HNS has a fault and has been recalled by the Department of Health. It
is estimated that one in three of the kits may give a false negative reading. Some reports suggest that this could mean that
up to 20,000 women may have been told they were not pregnant when they were.
