Road accident victim gets £3.15mn
The victim of a road accident who was brain damaged in the crash has received £3.15m in compensation. The 15-year-old boy,
who was just eight at the time, was hit by a speeding car in a residential area. Liability had been established on the grounds
of excess speed. He now requires 24-hour care and has communication problems.
