Ex-employees can recover damages
The decision of the Employment Appeal Tribunal in
Dunnachie v Kingston upon Hull City Council
has been overturned by the Court of Appeal, which has upheld an award of £10,000 for injury to feelings arising from the manner
of dismissal.
