Conflicting views of expert witnesses

The Court of Appeal ruled that a judge hearing a medical negligence claim should not accede to a submission of no case to answer where the expert witnesses expressed conflicting views in their written statements. The case involved a man who underwent cosmetic nasal surgery and then claimed damages because he was not warned of possible long term breathing difficulties.
