£3.5m cerebral palsy settlement
A boy who developed cerebral palsy due to a lack of oxygen at birth has been awarded £3.5mn in damages. The 11 year old boy
requires round-the-clock care, and uses a wheelchair, and a computer to talk. The settlement was made out-of-court.
