Sexist treatment of RAF pilot

A female RAF pilot has won “substantial damages” at an employment tribunal over sexual harassment. The actions of the RAF were described by the tribunal as “sexist, arrogant and frankly illegal.” Amongst the sexist treatment she faced, her RAF crew had bets on who would be the first to go to bed with her. The treatment continued even after she became pregnant. However, the tribunal said that her resignation could not be blamed on the treatment she had faced.
