Waiter, there’s a condom in my soup

A California woman has settled with a restaurant for an undisclosed amount after she sued for allegedly finding a condom in her chowder. The woman is most unlucky when it comes to restaurants, as she apparently sued another restaurant a few years ago when she was burnt by spilled coffee when her tray was knocked by another customer. She is also unlucky when it comes to cars – she had twice filed for lawsuits after allegedly being injured in car accidents. She is clearly in dire need of some lucky heather or a rabbit foot, and probably counselling after the unfortunate condom/chowder incident.
