Men sue over destroyed sperm

A group of men whose sperm was accidentally destroyed by a hospital are to seek compensation. The 28 men were being treated for cancer which could leave them infertile. The hospital has admitted liability. The freezer which contained the sperm developed a fault and staff had to top it up with liquid nitrogen until it could be fixed, but staff forgot on one day.
