Bankruptcy court order cannot be challenged
A court order which stated that a trustee in bankruptcy had no interest in a right of action in negligence which the bankrupt
intended to bring against her former professional advisers could not be challenged by the advisers. The House of Lords allowed
the appeal by the claimant.
