No discrimination in sex change toilet case
The Court of Appeal ruled that there was no direct sex discrimination where an employee that was in the process of undergoing
a sex change, but was still at the pre-operative stage, was banned from using female-only toilets, though allowed to use a
unisex disabled toilet.
