Former soldier’s claim dismissed

An employment tribunal has dismissed the sex discrimination claim of a former soldier. The soldier claimed she had been forced out of the Army after officers learnt that she had made a previous complaint that she had been sexually assaulted by a drunken sergeant major. However, the tribunal ruled that the officers had not known of her previous complaint.
