A prisoner sues Prison Service
A prisoner is suing the Prison Service over a journey from prison to court which he claims infringed his human rights by being
too hot, and by being handcuffed to a prison officer. He is believed to be claiming around £50,000. The prisoner is serving
four years for fraud.
