European reinsurers in asbestos exclusion
European reinsurers, including
Swiss Re and
Munich Re, are moving towards asbestos exclusions for public liability classes. Indeed, many are already excluding asbestos claims
from liability business. The UK has been hardest hit and primary insurers are already reported to be imposing limits of cover.
