Half of UK directors ‘not familiar’ with their D&O insurance

A survey by CMS Cameron McKenna and the Institute of Directors (IOD) of UK executive and non-executive directors has found that two thirds of directors accept they should be liable when their negligence causes errors in company accounts, but worryingly, around half of directors were not at all or not very familiar with their D&O insurance.
