MMR single jab controversy
Two private clinics failed to follow immunisation guidelines when providing single jabs for measles, mumps and rubella, which
may have rendered the jabs useless. The number of immunisations given by the two clinics is said to be around 40,000, given
over a 10 year period. The clinics have been closed down.
