Tribunal jurisdiction in discrimination cases

The House of Lords ruled that an employment tribunal had jurisdiction to hear complaints against employers under the anti-discrimination legislation by employees whose period of employment had terminated. The House of Lords allowed the appeal of Ms Rhys-Harper in support of an employment tribunal decision that her complaint of sex discrimination was within time.
