A solicitor has been awarded £30,000 compensation for sex discrimination, unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal. The woman
became pregnant just one month after gaining promotion. One month after telling her firm about the pregnancy she was suspended
on allegations of gross misconduct after making errors in her work.
