Heroin addicts sue government

The government is to be sued by a number of heroin addicts for being refused methadone while in prison. They include current and former prisoners and have been granted legal aid for the action. They are claiming £1,500 each for pain and suffering caused by withdrawal symptoms and the lack of medical help.
