Excluded schoolboy fails in claim
A boy who was excluded from school after being suspected of starting a classroom fire has lost his claim for damages against
a school. The 16 year old boy was claiming £10,000 in damages for his lost education. He had sued the head teacher and the
school governors under the Human Rights Act.
