The IFRS Foundation is currently consulting on a proposed update to its Due Process Handbook. This is one of those areas about which many practitioners may not feel great interest, but such changes can have significant consequences. This article provides an overview of the main areas subject to proposed changes in order to assess to what extent they will have an impact on the future activities and operations of the IASB and ISSB.
