Silverstein files, citing precedent

Documents have been filed in the US appeals court on behalf of Silverstein Inc supporting the two-occurrence stance. One cites a New York precedent requiring courts to look at the immediate physical cause of a loss rather than an indirect or remote set of causes. This ruling where four separate courthouse fires, set by the same arsonist, were ruled as four events despite being part of same spree and two of them ignited within six minutes of each other on opposite sides of the same street.
