Limits to definition of ‘disability’

An appeal tribunal upheld a tribunal decision that incontinence, following an operation for prostate cancer, did not have a ‘substantial and long-term adverse effect on his ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities’ within the scope of the statutory definition.
