Breakdown in trust between employer and employee
Partly allowing an appeal against a tribunal decision of unfair dismissal, it was held that while an employee’s conduct, giving
rise to a breakdown of trust and confidence with the employer, could allow fair dismissal, it was not to be equated with a
breach of trust on the part of the employee.
