EOC to fund city analyst’s appeal
The Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) will fund the sex discrimination appeal of former City analyst Louise Barton. Her
original claim of pay and bonuses at least £1mn below that of a less experienced male colleague was rejected in October by
an employment tribunal.
