Class action against Vodaphone directors
US investors have filed a class action in New York against several senior directors of Vodaphone, alleging that the company
issued ‘a series of material misrepresentations to the market’ failing to disclose ‘adverse facts’. This follows announcement
of a loss of US$13.5bn after nearly US$20bn of write-downs.
