Settlement disclosure
The Arizona Supreme Court has issued a change in civil procedure so that litigants, settling a product liability or fraud
suit, will no longer have the last word on non-disclosure of terms. It will now lie with state trial judges to decide whether
to release information to any inquiree unconnected with the case.
