GSK makes provision

Glaxosmithkline (GSK), the world’s second largest drug company, has made a provision of £145mn to cover legal costs for patient, and patent, suits. GSK is currently facing class action suits in relation to both the antidepressant Paxil and cholesterol-reducing Baycol.
