In the first case of its kind, a Data Subject Notice has been served on the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery
(University College NHS Trust) by Jessica Lawrence, seeking correction of errors in her medical notes. These included a number
of disparaging remarks as well as downright errors such as incorrect blood results.
