Annual rise in tribunal award levels
Effective from February 2003, the maximum that can be awarded as a ‘week’s pay’ rises from £250 to £260. Maximum compensatory
award from £52,600 to £53,500 with the minimum award for certain automatically unfair dismissals up from £3,400 to £3,500.
