A claim alleging ‘mental anguish’ at being passed over for an honour, claimed to be due on precedent of seniority and suchlike, has been dismissed. A district judge at Lincoln County Court ruled that Pollyanna Molloy had no reasonable grounds for claim against the dean and chapter of Lincoln Cathedral.
