Moscow theatre victims sue

A district court has ruled that the claim for £4.6mn against the city government, brought by three survivors and the families of five who died in the Moscow theatre siege, can proceed. It is argued that this approach has become available under the recent anti-terrorist laws, though the mayor of Moscow insists that compensation should fall to the federal government.
