C&W shareholders take action
While considering legal action, shareholders of Cable & Wireless have approached the Financial Services Authority (FSA) calling
for investigation as to whether C&W has infringed UK listing rules by failing to disclose a £1.5bn tax liability. The ABI,
with members holding around 20% of the UK stock market, has also contacted the FSA on the same matter.
