Company sues shareholders
In a reversal of the usual trend, shareholders in leisure group, 10 Group, face suits by the company over postings to an online
chatroom of defamatory comments about the chairman, following a drop in share value. This was made possible by a High Court
action which forced the chatroom host, Advanced Financial Network, to disclose their names and addresses.
