Airlines back to the market

Despite the distress of airports and airlines, claiming that they are unable to obtain sufficient, or affordable, third-party war and terrorism cover, the European Commission has remained intransigent that national governments should stop providing state-backed insurance from the end of October. The Association of European Airlines is still campaigning for government backing for a mutual fund, Eurotime.
