Paddington prosecutions

The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) has confirmed that Railtrack and Thames Trains are to be prosecuted for the Paddington rail crash under the Health & Safety at Work Act, as soon as the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has completed evaluation.
