‘Deliberate unlawful assault’
After rejection by the Court of Appeal of the Metropolitan Police appeal against a High Court ruling that injuries, (including
a fractured skull) leading to epilepsy and abandonment of studies inflicted on 16-year-old student John Wilson, were an unlawful
assault, he will take action for damages of £400,000.
