Unilever v MAM case commences
A high court hearing, expected to run towards the end of the year, has commenced on an action by Unilever’s Superannuation
Fund against Mercury Asset Management (MAM). It alleges that in 1997 it allowed one of its ‘select team’ to take unacceptable
stockmarket risks.
