Equal Opportunities Commission guidance

The Equal Opportunities Commission has issued a new guide on good practice for employers advising on how best to deal with sexual harassment in the workplace. The guide emphasises the need for employers to: adopt a clear policy that harassment will not be tolerated; make clear what types of behaviour are unacceptable; ensure victims know how to raise concerns; investigate problems; and take firm action.
