30% of population suffer abnormalities
A study released in August shows 30% of the population of Libby, Montana suffer abnormalities of some sort. More than 200
former workers in the Zonolite Mountain vermiculite mine have died and many others are ill. Last year there were 50,000 insurance
claims for asbestos-related illness.
